Group Visits
PLANNING YOUR TRIP
Welcome to Steps on Broadway! With this brochure and
a schedule you have all the tools to plan an artistic and
stimulating experience at Steps on Broadway.®.
STEP 1: Contact the Director of Group Programs
To ensure discounted group rates and the convenience of
personalized scheduling, contact the Group Director at least
4 weeks prior to your arrival.
STEP 2: Book your trip
After assessing your personal needs and creating an itinerary with the Group Director, you will receive an invoice
confirming all details and rates. A deposit of 50% must be paid upon booking and is refundable with the exception of
the Administrative Fee. This ensures discounts and confirms specialized/private classes.
STEP 3: Final payment
Final payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable. At that time you will receive a call from the Group Director confirming all details for your visit.
It's that easy! Upon arrival you will receive your tickets and itinerary. Your work is done...Now it's time to dance and enjoy!

A list of New York accommodations is available upon request. |

Payments to Steps Studio, Inc. can be made by cash, Mastercard/Visa, check,
money order or wire transfer. |

Student and Group Leader classes are non-refundable and non-transferable and may only be used during the group's current visit. |
|
Please keep in mind that Steps is a professional school and class levels are much higher than those in other studios.
